Terry was my only uncle in Canada, and so a second father to me and to my sisters. I only ever recall him smiling and joking about whatever the subject of the moment was. He left his homeland behind when just a young husband, and along with his wife, Jean, raised two beautiful daughters, who in turn, brought him four lovely grandchildren. He was a part of many family celebrations while we were all living near to each other. We were proud of his accomplishments and his love for his family.
He loved to dance and I think of him now in the arms of his sweetheart dancing once again wherever that might be.
Rest in peace, dear uncle.
