I'm so dorry for your loss.
I will never forget and will forever be thankful that Cathy arranged a spur of the minute trip for Laura, my Mum Olive, Cathy and myself to Quebec City to see the Holy Door. This trip turned out to be hilarious and full of fun which we have recalled many times.
Cathy booked us into the very fancy Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City using her travel agent discount and insisted that she prepare a huge picnic for us to have on route. We received complaints of laughing too loud in the hotel on our way to Quebec City
At the Chateau Frontenac Cathy told them that we needed two roll away beds for our two teenagers (Laura and my Mum!!) and so they had to hide in the bathroom as the beds were delivered with much giggling going on in there.
We toured around for three days and had history lessons from Laura then had two birthday cakes one for Laura and one for my Mum (which I accidentally sat on) much to the amusement of everyone. I will always be grateful that my Mums last birthday was such a great one thanks to Cathy and Laura

I was saddened to learn of Cathy's passing. . I worked with Cathy while she was at Goway and I was with Qantas Airways and Air New Zealand. I always admired her energy, drive and care for her clients and the company. She always made time to speak with suppliers and contributed to the caring, family culture that was such a strong point for the Goway organization. And personally loved listening to her speak as my grandmother and great aunts were from the Glasgow area also. My deepest condolences to her family. Sarah Crosby
