David Alexander Davidson

September 11, 1932 – March 21, 2024

Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 91 years.

Loving husband of Penny Anne for 58 years.  Cherished Dad of the late Timothy (Sheila) Davidson, Robert (Ximena) Davidson, Heather ‘Lucy’ (Karl) Wunderlich, James (Sarah) Davidson and Amy (the late Matthew) McGurk. Loving Grampie of Brooke, Emma, Anna, Lucas, Rebecca, Thomas, Emily, Sarah, Isabelle, Madison, Charlie and Sophie.  Predeceased by his parents Archibald and Sarah Davidson as well as brothers John, Archie and Fred.

A career educator, he loved his family, country life, and public service.

A Memorial Service will be held at HAMPTON UNITED CHURCH on May 10, 2024 at 11:00am with a reception to follow.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North Bowmanville. Memorial Donations can be made to Marigold Hospice, or the Ontario 4-H Council, or give a book to a child to read.
