Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Sunday February 12th, 2023
Beloved wife of Allan. Dear sister of Ed Fitzsimmons and the late Lynn Fitzsimmons. DJ was predeceased by her son Michael.
DJ loved her work, she retired from the Durham Catholic School Board as a Route Co-Ordinator in the Transportation Department after 27 years. She was also very passionate about dogs, especially her own German Shepherd Dogs.
She will be missed.
At DJ’s request, no visitation or funeral service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville. Memorial Donations may be made to the Humane Society of Durham Region or your favourite charity.
