Chad “Chadly” Allen Maher

Suddenly passed away at Toronto General Hospital on October 5, 2021 at the age of 45.  

Beloved son of Gregory WJ Maher and the late  B. Corinne Maher. Loving brother of Tery Lee Maher. Dear grandson of the late Irene and Raymond J  Maher, Beatrice and Albert McSween. Will be greatly missed by his partner Kyle Hache. Cherished nephew of Roberta Arnt of Colorado, Lorraine (Wayne) Lappierre of Alberta, Geraldine McSween of B.C, Natalie Lynne (Tom) Russell of ON, the late Wayne McSween of NS, Diane (John) Grady of Bancroft, Gary (Betty) Maher of Hampton, Wayne (Diane) Maher of Newcastle, Darlene (the late Jim) Reynolds of Cobourg, Denise (Peter) Maher of Woodville and many cousins. Chadly was Loved and will be missed dearly by his best friends Renee Odo, Vanessa McMahon, his close and loving LGBTQ family, friends and all who knew and loved him.   

Visitation will be held on Saturday October 16th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm, due to capacity restrictions if you would like to attend you must reserve a space by calling the funeral home at (905) 623-5668 between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm.  The family will be holding a private joint service for both Corinne Maher as well as Chad Allen Maher.
