Chad,
Your spirit stays with me and fills my home with joy every time I look at, water, and care for the plant you gave me and all its offspring. The first plant in this set was the mother of all the rest and you gave it to me a long while ago. It's healthy, and resilient and continues to grow and propagate easily. It's babies, pictured below, now live in my friends and siblings' houses and bring them joy too. I have another 10 here at my house and I will continue to give them out and keep your spirit alive.
I just can't believe this happened. It still doesn't feel real.
Chad, you inspired me, supported me, and changed me for the better. I will miss you at karaoke, at D&D, and on every visit to Renee's. I'll miss your fire, passion, intelligence, care for others, energy, humor and wit, your love of plants and fish and my doggo, Ellie. I remember you stealing her into your room when we came to visit, to let her watch the fish in the tanks, it was the sweetest thing. You were a gem, and you were so loved, the world is darker without you here.

I met Chad when he was a young boy. Even then he was charming and always smiling. Seeing his sweet smile on this picture reminds me of that smile over the years. Rest in Peace Chad. You will be missed.
Say hello to your mom "monkey sounds", remember? Love xoxo

The best memory I have of you is being in your bedroom with your mom and listening to Lady Gaga - Born this Way. We sang together and laughed at your mom's stories of when you & Tery were little kids. I will never forget your quick wit, hilarious jokes, kindness and introduced me to world of incredible literature, music and TV shows. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for your love and guidance. From the bottom of my heart - thank you❤️
