Met Kel for the first time when he was writing procedures at OPG. Crossed paths with him many times since then, usually when we were walking the track at the Y in Oshawa. He was a very nice man and he always had time to stop and chat with me and my wife Kathy. We miss him.

I worked with Kel for many years on Fuel Handling at Pickering, he was a very intelligent, but sometimes unpredictable operator, but it was always a pleasure to work with and he always made the correct decisions when things went wrong . I loved working with him and will really miss him and his sense of humourt!

Kel was a wonderful baseball coach and mentor to everyone. He was always a joy to be around and he instilled a fun yet competitive morality in all of us.
Unfortunately, I am out of town for the funeral, but I would like to pass on my condolences to Brad and the entire family.
