Shirley Eileen Maraz

Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Oshawa on Wednesday January 16, 2019 just 3 months shy of her 90^th birthday

Beloved wife of the late Alex Maraz.  Loving mother of Connie Gaertner (David) and Dianne Alcott.  Shirley was the last surviving sibling in her family, she was predeceased by brothers Harold “Duke” (Pat) Passafiume, “Bud” (Betty) Passafiume and sister Mary Chandor (Peter).

Special thank you to Dr. Nguyen and the staff of the 3^rd floor at Extendicare Oshawa for the exceptional care that Shirley received during her stay there.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St., Bowmanville, on Saturday January 26^th from 1 – 2 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 pm.  Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to The Humane Society.
