Dianne your mother was a bright spot in the lives everyone that knew her through the Active 55+ group. Her sense of humour will be with us always and we will continue to tell stories about her for a long time to come. Both my sons say Shirley made our hearts smile. Thank you for sharing her with us, we loved her dearly!

We are saddened to hear of Aunt Shirley's passing. She was a wonderful mother and wife and had a long and comfortable life. She will be welcomed into heaven by her great family. Dear Dianne;
I am so happy that I visited you back in July 2018 and got to see your mom again. I was amazed at how she remembered Pierre, as we chatted. She still had her sense of humour and made me laugh. She was a gentle lady and always giving. She always reminded me so much of my own mom. Our hearts and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. May you be at peace, knowing that your mom is now Resting in Peace and that you spent so much time with her and took such good care of her.

To Dianne,
I have know you and your mom for over 45 yrs and she was my second mom. I will miss her terribly. You and I have been through many hurdles in life and have helped each other through many of them.
I am always there for you.
The hardest part is when you pick up the phone and want to talk to mom but that can no longer happen, or go shopping and see an outfit and think I will get that for mom, but reality sinks in.
People say it gets easier with time and it does. The first year is the hardest.
First birthday after her passing, first mother's day, first Christmas and all the other important days.
I love you and will always be there for you. You are in the thoughts and prayers.
