Obituary of Dorothy Irene LeBlanc

After a brief illness, peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Whitby on Friday September 15, 2017, in her 90th year.

Loving mother of Michael (Cheryl), Rick (Cindy) and Darlene. She will be sadly missed by her “daughter by heart,” Diane (Paul) Wealleans.  Dear grandma of Tyler & Brett. Cherished sister of Donald (Ruth) Cowle, Joan Cowles and the late William (Evelyn) Cowle.  Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Special thank you to Dr. A. Stone, homecare nurses; Sherry & Lynn, homecare PSW’s and all the staff at Lakeridge Health Whitby- 3rd floor – Geriatric for their exceptional care and compassion.

A Graveside Service will be held at BOWMANVILLE CEMETERY, (Haines Rd & Hwy #2) on Tuesday September 19, 2017 at  1:30 pm.  Memorial donations may be made to Bowmanville Hospital Foundation through NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N, Bowmanville, with whom arrangements have been entrusted.
