Sorry to hear about Dorothy's passing. Our thoughts go out to Darlene, Rick, and Mike. Dorothy will be remembered by us as a good neighbour and kind soul who we have known for over 60 years. Always had a smile and a laugh to share. Darlene, the kindness and the patience you gave to your mom over these last years, I am sure provided her with great comfort, and we know you, Rick, and Mike will surely miss her. Our thoughts are with you... Marion, Bill, and Janice

My sincere condolences to the family of Dorthy during this hard time. She was such a beautiful kind hearted women who touched the lives of everyone around her. I was lucky enough to have gotten to know her and take care of her for a small period of time. I always looked forward to seeing her beautiful smile when i walked through her door. Although due to my change in jobs I didn't see her the last while I always thought about her!
Rest in Peace Dorthy xo

Dorothy was my one and only pen pal. We shared a great fondness of the Young and Restless and would write letters to each other about the show. When she was in the hospital I would send letters with Darlene about the show and she referred to them as her emails. She will be missed by many.
May it comfort you to know that Dorothy is resting comfortably in God's care now and we are praying for you in your time of sorrow.
Our deepest sympathy,
Joan and Mel
