Obituary of Donald James Barraball

Suddenly, surrounded by loved ones, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at the age of 76.

Beloved husband of Betty Barraball (formerly Colvin, nee Bullock). Loving father of Don & Ingrid Baron, Gordon Vine, Debby Lord, Diane & Bert de Witt, Donna & Paul Greenfield and Danny Colvin. He will be missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Frances Barraball. Dear brother of the late Frances “Lynn” Malton, Beverley Stacey, Bill Stacey and Barb Stacey. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and many friends. His love of family, painting, music, woodworking and gardening will be missed.

Visitation will be held at TRULLS ROAD FREE METHODIST CHURCH, 2301 Trulls Rd, Courtice, on Friday September 15th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at the church on Saturday September 16th at 1 pm.  Memorial donations may be made to Trulls Road Free Methodist Church through NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville, with whom arrangements are entrusted.
