A Private Family Burial will be held. At Jeremy's request, there will be no visitation or funeral. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society & Durham Regional Cancer Centre through NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville, with whom arrangements have been entrusted.
