Visitation will be held at the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N, Bowmanville on Tuesday December 6, 2016 from 2 – 4 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 4 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to Zion Food Bank or Gate 3:16.
