Obituary of Joan Ethel Lobban

Born April 17, 1935 in London, ON Passed away at home on Thursday July 25, 2013. Wife of Forrest Paterson Lobban, for 59 years, they were married on June 26, 1954. Mother of Stuart & his wife, Jennifer, Karen & her husband Brad Gibson, Janet & her husband David Shymko and John & his wife Sue. Grandmother to Arianna, Josh, Caleb, Amber, Sarah, Douglas, & the late Taylor. Great-grandmother to Seth, Eli, Logan and Elise. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Service

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N, Bowmanville on Sunday July 28th 2013 from 6- 8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES, 1950 Wilson Rd. N. Oshawa on Monday July 29, 2013 at 3 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to Canadian Diabetic Association, Canadian Wildlife Foundation or to the Taylor Lobban Scholarship Fund-Ryerson University.
