Obituary of Nick Bakker

Age 86 years Went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Friday July 25th, 2014 Dear and loving husband of almost 49 years to Doreen Bakker. Loved father of Jannette & Mike Hickey, Doug & Tenehta Bakker, Nancy Bakker, and Helen Bakker & Regis Sohler. Dear Pake of Jeremy, Rachel, Adam, Benjamin, Jasper, Antalya and Elliott. Loving brother of Tryn and Shirley, brother in law of Gus and Sadie. Predeceased by his brother Barney and Jim and brother in law Abe. Nick will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Service

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville on Monday July 28th, 2014 from 6 – 8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at REHOBOTH CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH on Tuesday July 29th, 2014 at 11 am. Private Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Memorial Donations to Knox Christian School or Durham Christian High School would be appreciated by the family.
