Obituary of Bill Baigrie

Peacefully passed away at Glenhill Strathaven Long Term Care Facility on Sunday October 23, 2016, at the age of 81 years. William John (Bill) Baigrie was born August 8, 1935 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He emigrated to Canada in 1957 and was soon joined by the love of his life, Evelyn Moffat. They married, settled in Montreal and raised a beautiful family. Bill graduated from university with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent his working life in this profession supporting the family. Predeceased by his wife, Evelyn, Bill was the delighted great-grandfather of Elizabeth Kathleen; proud grandfather of Cameron, Dana, Drew, Fiona, Laura, Michael, Rick, Robbie, Sarah, and Tyler; Father to Christine (Chris), John (Karen), Lynn (Bill) and Steve (Kathy). Bill will be sadly missed by long-time friend, Bernadine, and his many friends at Strathaven.
