Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Bowmanville Hospital on Saturday May 14, 2016 in her 92 year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Taggart. Loving mother of Geoffrey and his wife Darlene, Belinda and her partner Bob, Geraldine, and Neil and his wife Jan. Cherished grandma of Collin, Ian, William, Rebecca and Amanda. Great grandmother to Shane, Owen, Brooke, Madelon, Brennan and Alexandra. Irene was predeceased by her brother Gerald Gribben.
