Obituary of Roland Hill

Promoted to Glory peacefully at home, just shy of his 74th birthday, on July 2nd, 2016. Will be sadly missed by his wife Gail, sons, Brendan, Chris and his wife Crystal and granddaughter Madeline, daughter Erika and his sons Carl, Darren and their families in the UK. Also remembered by his nephew Phil, wife Karen and family, sister Jennifer and her husband John, brother Derrick and his wife Val and their families in the UK, and his faithful dog Charlie. Proud Yorkshireman, served as a member of the Band of the Royal Air Force Regiment. 32 Year Music Director of the Whitby Brass Band. Long serving driver training and safety officer with Durhamway Bus Lines. Will be missed by his many friends and colleagues.
