Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Monday July 11, 2016 Carole, wife and loving partner of Patrick “Rick” and mother of Douglas and his wife Phyllis. Cherished grandmother of Patrick and Matthew. Survived by siblings Brenda, John and Karen. She will be sadly missed by Rebecca and Tiffany. "She did it her way!"

At Carole’s request there was no funeral service and burial took place at Bowmanville Cemetery on Wednesday July 13th, 2016. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Bowmanville Memorial Hospital Foundation through NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St, Bowmanville.
