Obituary of Molly Andrews

Age 93 years Died at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville in the early morning of August 25, 2014 Her family is saddened, but relieved that she is now free of pain. Molly spent the last ten weeks of her life under the excellent care of the medical staff in the Bowmanville Hospital. Mom’s desire was to live independently for her entire life, and she was fortunate enough to have accomplished that dream until the past few months. Our heartfelt thanks to those who provided much love and comfort by spending many hours at mom’s bedside during her difficult last weeks. Molly was born on February 3, 1921 in Niagara Falls, Ontario and was preceded in death by her husband George in 1983, parents Duncan & Helen White and sisters Peggy and Betty. Survivors include her daughters Marcella and Gail (Randy). Also survived by grandchildren Rachel, Liam, Luke (Lindsay), Duncan (Christine), Lauren (Jeff), and all their families, including seven great grandchildren Mason, McKenna, Mara, Morgan; Keegan; Grace & Levi. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews and friends.
