Age 94 years (60+ yr. member of the Mt. Dennis Masonic Lodge) Passed away peacefully at Glenhill Strathaven Lifecare Centre on Saturday January 26, 2013 Beloved husband of Emma and the late Lynn. Dear father of the late Blair Douglas and father-in-law of Tina. Loving grandad of Jamie, Robert and Katie. Fondly remembered by Emma’s family Norma and Wayne, Carson and Cathy and grandchildren Emily and Sarah. Dear brother of Bill and the late Nan and brother-in-law to Rose and Hank, Mae and Barb. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dear friend to Russell Noble. Alex had a warm, positive attitude and was very grateful to God for his family, friends and caregivers.
