It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Harvey at home on Wednesday February 19, 2014. Beloved husband of Peggy Coulter. Loving father to Becki Leoen, Wendy (Gary) Adams, Jason Coulter, David (Rhonda) Schissler and Chris Coulter. Treasured Poppa to Nick and Tori Leoen. Adored Grandpa to Cole and Ben Schissler. Dear brother of Jean Morrow, Cal Coulter, Joe and Isabelle Coulter, Doris Cooke, June and Orland Crooks and Erston and Vivian Coulter. Fondly remembered by Linda Elliott and his many nieces and nephews. Loved and adored by so many.
