Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville, on Thursday January 24th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Jeffs life will be held in the Chapel on Friday January 25th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children or The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
