A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held at The Wheelhouse, Wilmot Creek on Wednesday November 23, 2016 at 12:30 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to The Children’s Wish Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation through the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N., Bowmanville, with whom the arrangements have been entrusted
