(nee Smith) Age 68 years Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday November 27, 2010 Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Burns. Dear mother of Jamie (Stacey) and Richard. Predeceased by her son Daniel and her daughter Kathryn. Loving daughter of Gladys and the late Pat Smith. Cherished sister of Gloria (Alan), Marilyn (Dave) and sister-in-law of Gerald (Faye), Murray (Louise), Earl (Marianne), Ronald (Mary Beth), Joan (Perry), Shirley (Mike), Donna (Yvon), Elizabeth (Tom), Ted and the late Peggy. Daughter-in-law of Helen Burns. Visitation will be held at THE NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Thursday December 2, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday December 3, 2010 at 1pm. Cremation. Interment Bond Head Cemetery, Newcastle. Memorial Donations may be made to Canadian Cystic Fibrosis or the Toronto General Hospital- Lung Transplant Unit.
