My deepest condolences to Gages family. I had the honour of knowing little gage when he was a baby. Such a sweet and loving boy. He will always be in my thoughts. We miss you Gage

A friend of mine said that they have the word "widow/widower" if you lose your partner, "orphan" if you lose your parents; but the reason there is no word to describe parents who lost a child is because there is not a word strong enough to describe the pain.
Our family is just so sorry for your loss.

Dorothy and Adam,
There are no words to express how deeply sorry we are for your loss.
Gage and my son Austin were very good friends. They have known each other since grade 5 but started to get close a few years later. These boys have all spent some time at our home, they’ve camped out and hung out and we’ve gotten to know them. They all share a brotherhood and a bond that is rare and such a gift. As a parent, we hope that our kids find “their people”, those deep rooted friendships that become an extension of your family. Gage had found his people.
He’s was up at our place not long ago and he played guitar the whole drive up. I said “when he plays it’s like he has 11 fingers!” He was a really fun kid and an incredible talent and we are honoured to have had time to get to know him.
In his short time here, he sure made a big impact on the lives of so many! Sending love and hugs to the family and all of Gages friends during this impossible time.

Gage was my best friend. I can’t imagine the pain that Dorothy and Adam must be going through. Such a talented and bright kid with so much ahead of him, I really looked forward to seeing him grow up with us. I hope wherever he ie now, he’s able to see the support and love.
