Obituary of Hazel Amanda Forrest

With great sadness we announce the passing of Ms. Hazel Forrest at Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry on Friday August 2, 2024.  Hazel is survived by her daughter Jean; her grandchildren Julia (Stefan) and Neil (Crystal); her great grandchildren Caitlyn, Payton, Nathanial and Naomi.  She also leaves behind her siblings Roy Forrest and Myrtle Williams; her niece Donna; many Nieces and Nephews, her SDA family and her many friends.

Ms. Forrest was predeceased by her parents and seven brothers and sisters.

The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church, 511 Horner Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8W 2B9 at 10:30 am.  Burial to follow at 2 pm at the Bond Head Cemetery Queen Victoria St, Newcastle, ON. To View the Service please click the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGWWL_LSqPM

Following the burial all are invited to a luncheon at Da Taste Jamaican Restaurant 361 King Avenue East 5 & 6, Newcastle, ON L1B 1H4.
