I knew Tera only during the time we spent together in London England around 20 years ago. We had an instant connection as she gave me a feeling like ‘home’, seeing as we were both from Ontario. She had a zest for life, she was lively, fun, and someone you could count on. My time in London, which Tera was apart of that journey, was very special, and I found out how special it was to her too, as she named her daughter London after returning. I was incredibly sad to hear of this news and my deepest condolences to the entire family. RIP friend ❤️

Dear Brenda, Doug, Shelley and families, I haven't seen Tera since she was toddler but I vividly remember the joy and light that she brought into the room each and every time. I am Tera's Aunt Karen, I have known Tera since she was born. Tera is, and was like a daughter to me, a little Sister and a close friend. I enjoyed being with Tera whenever I could with so many experiences shared together. She also knew how important independence, community was to my values and with her, Health and Nutrition. I loved her very much and she loved me without condition. We always stayed in contact even with me living in BC. She was also very kind and so very good with her Uncle Colin. Tera's love and caring for Grampa and her love and closer bond of friendship with Brenda her Mom Grandma. I am proud of the Woman she became Mother to London and her service to her jobs and to our community. She is loved by so many who were a part of her life. Our new family Rick, Rose and Edwin brought so much joy! Much love and light, soar with your angels in eternal life you are in my heart and thoughts forever. Karen

Tera was a woman who lived with such voracity and passion. She had the determination of an elephant running at full speed, and the heart of a dove, flying high and soaring in the sky.
