Obituary of Charles L. Budgell

Age 56 Years Passed away unexpectedly at his home in Kingston, Ontario on June 25, 2015 Dear father of Matthew, Amanda (Andrew) and Sarah (Jamie) and step-father of John and Jesse. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Alexis, Hannah, Conner, Cade and Noah. Loving son of Fannie and the late Roland. Cherished brother of Ivan (Caroleann), Scott (Kim), Loretta (Ed) Baker, Derrick (Jackie), Trudy, Deanna (Raymond) and Lori. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews.
