Val, Jennifer and Janet. I am so very sorry that Joe has passed away. So many wonderful memories people are sharing about Joe and his work within the Quarter Horse industry, from club shows right up to our elite Quarterama. His farm with his brother Wishing Well Farms had many great show horses pull out of its lane way. Don't quote me on this but i do believe one of Gordy Wadds first place he was a trainer that got him heading in the right direction. Joe held the Presidents position at OQHA and I was a director from Area 2. I was always impressed how he managed the meetings and steered the ship.
My Mom, Dad and Joe had a wonderful friendship that lasted decades. Now they can pick right up again as Joe joins the countless wonderful Horseman and Horsewoman in Heaven. Thank you Joe for everything you did for the Horse industry. Thank you for your friendship and may you rest in peace and give strength to your family.

Always loved calling the house looking for Val, only to get Joe to answer and assure me that she was around somewhere, in that unforgettable voice of his. Always to assure me she was probably busy in the kitchen fixing him something wonderful to eat. Joe was an incurable tease, and I will miss those fun exchanges with him.
