With heavy hearts, the family of Joyce Virtue announce her passing on December 18th, 2023 at Peterborough Regional Health Center
Dear wife of John Virtue. Loving mother of Mike Virtue (Shelley), Aaron Virtue (Tina), Leah Virtue and the late Kyle Virtue. Cherished grandma of Carson (Alex), Blake (Kaleigh), Cal, Liam, Jayla, Colton & Olivia. Dear sister of Gwen Woodcock, Joan Webb, Lynda (Bill) Sully and Norma McDonald. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald & Kathleen Davey and siblings, Ralph Davey, Kay Bartlett, Ray Davey and Keith Davey. She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
At Joyce’s request no visitation or funeral service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at Tyrone Community Centre on Saturday January 13th from 2 - 4 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society or The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
