Between the Olympia, Zante, and Massey House, it's unlikely a local family would not know the Bastas Family. We were always welcomed so warmly at Zante by Eleanor and Denis. I learned the sad news of Denis's passing during a chance meeting with Gus today. Our condolences to the entire Bastas Family. John and Vanessa Roughley, Doris Roughley.

Brenda and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of Denis. We have many memories of the four of us together for dinners at the restaurant. Denis and Eleanor introduced us to Pine Cliff Resort in Combermere and we enjoyed their company and great meals with them there. Our thought and prayers are with their wonderful daughters and families.
