Passed away peacefully at home on August 13^th, 2023

Beloved husband of the late Carolyn (nee Cooper).  Loving father of Lisa Warrener (Scott) and Brad Swift (Tracey Crimmins).  Cherished grandpa of Jordan, Jessyca, Kyle and Megan.  Dear friend & companion of Jackie.

A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held on Sunday August 20^th from 1 – 4 pm at ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION, BRANCH 178 109 King Street East Bowmanville.  Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society.
