We just heard about Danny’s passing yesterday August 18th and therefore unfortunately missed the funeral and celebration of life. I grew up with Danny and the Gabona’ family in central Oshawa. We had such great times as children. Danny always had his signature smile and a magnificent sense of humour. Last time I saw the family was at Bobs funeral. Our sincerest condolences are extended to Pearl and family as well as the whole Gabona family. Rest in peace my friend.

Danny always had a smile on his face for everyone. My memory of him was what a gentleman he was. I always enjoyed seeing him at our weekly dinners at Tradewinds club house in Florida…my deepest condolences to Pearl and family.

Time has flown far too fast, recent year especially. My main cluster of memories, too many to pick out, are from my highschool years, Danny and Pearl's was my second home.
