DAVID FRANCIS WILLIAM BROWN Retired Elementary School Teacher in the NWT After a brief illness, passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Friday February 13, 2015 in his 68th year. Dear son of Eleanor and the late Walter Brown. Loving brother of Dan (Louise Kell), Richard and Robin (Brian Cullen). Much loved uncle of Chris (Jodi), Trevor (Barb), Geoff and Heather.
