I just met Scott and he was so instantly likeable.... I had the pleasure of talking with him while marshalling at the track and hearing lots of stories. I was deeply saddened when I heard about his death. There are just things in the world that are unfair, and this was one of them. I will miss his enthusiasm and friendly manner. So very sad. Grief is a difficult and often life journey and the passing of a beloved family member, particularly far too soon, will change you in ways you do not yet realize. May you find strength with each other and find moments of laughter in the retelling of his life so that those who did not have the good fortune to know him may feel they do through your love of all Scott was. My brother Dwayne Williams just informed me of Scott’s passing. We both send our heartfelt condolences to the family. So sad. When I was a teen my boyfriend at the time rode a bike and we used to ride with Scott. My brother says Scott was an all around good guy and liked to joke around. Too young to be gone. We are very sorry for everyone’s loss.
