You don't know me and I never met Carolyne. I happened upon her obituary online as we have a bill here in the UK to end the import of hunting trophies.... So I felt moved to write. This time last year my wonderful partner passed away, he was also fervently against trophy hunting, as too am I. He passed just a few days before my birthday too - hence I am moved to write on your memory wall. In 2018 my Mum who was also fervently against trophy hunting. So... as you can see this really is a heartfelt reach out by chance of global interconnections. Thank you for posting about Carolyne and allowing me to find a connection... So from me, I will be thinking about you all on my birthday - 8th May, as I will too be missing my partner Bob who passed on the 5th May last year and my Mum Sylvia...Rest in Peace Carolyne - I hope there is a place where you have found my Mum and Bob and can plan how to end cruelty from up there - because one thing is for sure - life is short and there is only time on this fragile earth to try to do good.. What wonderful memories we had over the years - from raising puppies, showing horses, and loving cats, gardening and solving world issues! Carolyne, you were always a joy to be around & it was awesome to watch your boys grow up to be fine young men. Sad you are gone but happy that u are now with Blayne - RIP my friend
