It is with great sadness we hear of Lee’s passing. She was always a wonderful person who had time to visit with everyone. Over the years we had great chats when we would see her in the community. We worked with Lee for almost 20 years. Organized, efficient and capable, she positively impacted the lives of thousands of patients in the community. Lee was a gentle, kind, caring person with a calm demeanour who was loyal to a fault. She rose to meet new challenges with equanimity and determination. She had great insight into people and situations and always maintained her sense of humour and perspective, which made her a joy to be around. She managed her sorrows with grace and dignity. We thought of Lee as extended family and her loss means the world is now a bit less bright and a bit more harsh. Lee was our friend, our supporter and our trusted ally. She will be sadly missed.
