I was sad to learn of Peter's passing,he was a class act,always so elegant & charming.
We would see each other at the monthly Skal Club dinners & as the only 2 members from the Beach,we tended to gravitate to each other,always a lovely way to spend an evening.He will be missed.

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Peter.He was a very good friend and always did what he promised.I met Peter at the National Club and liked him from the first meeting I had with him. He was a very humble person and always wanted to help if he could.Peter was always a pleasure to deal with and meet with. He had respect for people and he always gave people his time.

Liz and I send our deepest sympathies Mike, Wendy, Kurt and Dirk. Peter was a gentleman - a true old world gentleman. Only those who have suffered deprivation and who have struggled can truly appreciate the finer things in life.

I will always remember Peter as a most elegant gentleman whose enthusiam for life was quite contagious. We will indeed raise a good glass of wine to his memory on January 31st.

Peter was one of the first people I met arriving in 1965 in Canada and I am glad we stayed in touch throughout the years even via his son Michael. may he rest in peace.

Very sorry for your loss, Anita , Michael and families.
Privileged to have enjoyed Peter's kindness, consideration, and puckish good humour over so many good bottles these past 35 years or so. Come January 31st many glasses of 'drinkable' wine will be raised in remembrance.
