Josephine Albeatrice Love          

Passed away on May 18th 2022 at Oshawa Lakeridge Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Lloyd & Ruby Courtice (Knight), her brother Lyle Courtice and grandson Courtice Eastabrook. Survived by her children Ron Van De Walker (Mary) & Jill Eastabrook. Her grandchildren Sarah Prodenzino (Chal), Joshua Van De Walker (Beth), Cody Van De Walker, Hayley Van De Walker (Mitch), Renelle Eastabrook (Kyle), Michael Eastabrook, Lesley Mondor (Ben), Luke Eastabrook (Alee). Great grand children Connor, Jeremie, Hayden, Zoe, Eleanor, Brody, Paige, & Beau.       

Joey was a strong willed individual who was proud of her Courtice family ancestry. Bridge and world travel were also passions that enriched her life. She relished her volunteer work at Parkwood Estate and for the Oshawa Hospital Auxillary. In her early years she picked tobacco and in retirement was a tour guide for Trentway-Wagar. Dare one forget a highlight of her history-37 years of service for GM Oshawa!
