We were so sorry to hear of Marie’s passing. Eric was in the Church choir for a time with Marie and Tay as organist. Marie was great Mom and for sure a dedicated Grandma. Her community involvement was second to none. You could find her coming in with baking or at the sink cleaning up after an event.
You will all have individual memories of Mom, sister, Grandma, aunt or community friend. Keep Marie close with your memories.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Marie - our second cousin. Marie was always so interested in hearing the latest news of the Ashton family and Enniskillen. Her skills in listening and communication always impressed us. She had a good sense of humour and also a serious side and could be counted upon for down-to-earth thinking. Marie was a devoted, hard-working member of the community and church in Enniskillen. I believe that one of Marie's teachers was my Mother - Margaret (Dalton) Ashton at S.S. #16 in Enniskillen. Marie will be missed and remembered with fond memories.
