That was a beautiful service. Thank you for making it available. Our condolences to everyone. I remember being at the house at Frenchmans Bay and playing in the brush and Uncle Ted teaching me to water-ski.

Ted (Papa) will be missed greatly. We always enjoyed his company and he had a very happy disposition even after I was (unknowingly) made to steal his car.
We are very thankful for his contribution during WW2 and for securing the freedoms that we all enjoy today.
Our thoughts are with the entire family.

So many memories of Uncle Ted fill my heart; from my childhood at the Cottage; watching my jolly Uncle make his special eggs! As an adult while visiting him at their home on Cockburn Ave.,where he tended to his bountiful apple tree & lovely roses. I always enjoyed his old English/Scottish songs & poems. The loss of his love, Bess was difficult. When he came to visit us in the States; the kettle had better be on upon his arrival with a gentle reminder for “ Polly put the kettle on; & we’ll all have tea!”
Joining in his 90th B-Day celebration at Lea & Bob’s was a very memorable occasion.
Uncle Ted was gentle, caring & kind. He was loved dearly & will be greatly missed.
