The Stein family and the Franks share a special history, though originally connected by cows grew into something special and our Mom and Dad had fond memories of celebrating holidays with your family and visits in Florida. Thank you.

I was so sadden to hear of Pearl's passing, my condolences to the Frank Family. Pearl was a lovely gracious lady who I got to know well on a trip to Hawaii during a Real Estate Conference back in the late 70's. My family & I shared many adventures with Pearl & Walter on that trip and have wonderful memories of that time, like Walter's trip to Pearl City & our trip to the Seven Scared Pools in Hannah Maui, some of which was recorded by Pearl and I'm sure could be found today. Pearl always took the time to speak to everyone she met and always made sure you were introduced and welcomed into her sphere at all times, a truly wonderful person. Pearl will surely be missed by all. Marlene Rodgers Kerr.

Mom remembered fondly the great time she had in Hawaii with you. She had many photos. Your photos are a real treat to see and you can see how happy she was. I will see if I can find the video you speak of. We all thank you Marlene.

We were saddened to hear about Pearl’s passing. She was such a delightful, graceful woman and her broad smiles brought joy to everyone she met. We have spent many evenings with Pearl and Walter at their house while Dennis gave him a haircut. We’ve seen her talents such as the jewelry she has made. When she wasn’t with us she was proud to be independent in her Veltri apartment but she had tired of cooking. The camaraderie from you, Vic and the Hanc’s regulars buoyed her during a the difficult time after losing Walter. We will always be grateful.
