Violet “Irene” Brown

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on October 27th, 2021 at the age of 87 years.
Irene was predeceased by her husband’s David Kilgannon and James Brown. Loving mother of Bonnie (Larry) MacDonald, Valerie Kilgannon, Rebecca (George) Hurrman, David (Joanie) Kilgannon and Betsy Brown. She will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildrn. Dear daughter of the late Harold & Dorothy Allin, she was predeceased by her siblings Eileen Allin, Everett (Evelyn) Allin, Joyce (Gerald) Fitzgerald, Lorriane (Eugene) Clark and Marilyn (Edward) Doms. She will be lovingly remembered by the Kilgannon and Brown extended families.
Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Saturday October 30th, from 10 am – 12 pm for family and 12 – 1 pm for friends. If you wish to attend visiting from 12 – 1 please call the funeral home to reserve a space at (905) 623-5668. A Graveside Service will be held at Bowmanville Cemetery, date & time to be confirmed. Memorial Donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
