Dear Aunt Louise and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I was just thinking back to when our family used to visit yours way back when we were all kids. We always looked forwatd to visiting you and Uncle Al, Aunt Louise, and playing with our cousins who were in close age to us. I remember those times as being magical. Later on, we would see you at weddings and other family gatherings. You and Uncle Al both had a quiet, calm and loving presence about you. Your smiles would always light up the room. I think the last time I saw you both and some of your children was at Mom's big birthday party. That was such a lovely time. Please take care, everyone. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love Anne Marie from South Korea. ❤

We appreciated Mr. Canfield's visits to our farm to purchase Katelyn's honey. He was so supportive of her small business and always asked for individual updates from each one of our family. Likewise, we inquired about the latest status on his garden. We all enjoyed watching the twinkle in his eye as he shared funny stories from his past. He encouraged us with his thoughts on the faithfulness of the Lord over his life. Mr. Canfield will be missed by all of us and will be remembered with smiles!

Dear Louise; I am so sad to hear of Al's passing. How difficult these last days have been for you and your family. But what wonderful memories you all will have to cherish....your family life was filled with love and caring and good times. I regret that I never did get down to see you and Al in the last many years but you have always had a special place in my heart from our very early days of friendship so many years ago.
From Thel, with much love.

He even sent cards and note when he vacationed in Florida. Many memories remain for our family. Thanks Al for all you gave to us and beyond. The Caskey Family

Grandpa loved to impress us grandchildren, whether that was by sliding down paradise peak, kayaking, seadooing, or jumping off the dock (which he did this summer), he was always pushing his limits. But what impressed me most about him was his relationship with God. He was such a hard-worker. I always looked up to that. I know now it was because he was working for the Lord. (Colossians 3:23-24) Whatever he did he did it for God, and that is something I will take with me forever. Grandpa truly was a man after God’s own heart. He loved our family of course but God always came first!
Grandpa you truly are such an inspiration to me. I hope every day I can be more like Jesus and you. You inspired so many people in your life, more than you’ll ever know. I love you so much and I look forward to being reunited with you in heaven! ❤️
