Condolences to the Rice Family on the passing of John. I will always remember the trip to the Hardware Show and the Financial Forum in Toronto. John, Bob Milliken, Keld Neilson and I travelled in style in the old brown Caprice to go meet million dollar fund managers and brokers with a car held together with carpet tape ,A great memory.

John and I want to pass along our prayers and our love. We have both been richly blessed with getting to know John over these past almost 8 years. He was quiet and yet I knew he had a deep love for his family and his community. Bowmanville and St. Paul’s are richly blessed for having known him and for having had his presence.
