You will always be my hero. I have so many things I wanted to tell you . But most of all I wanted to tell you I love you and that you will always be my Dad. Time , beliefs and trials never changed that. You made me believe that I could do anything. You made me strong and you gave me the best parts of you. You helped me see the world in a different light . With so much compassion you showed others they were worthy. I learned from your life that you can’t give up on what you believe, that people are more than you see. They all have a story , with it’s own pain , joys , tears ,anger and laughter . To always be kind . To always ask people how they are and mean it. To take initiative and never let those we love slip from our grasp. You were brave. You were a soldier your father would be so proud of the legacy you left behind. I hope your mother is the first face you see , with her warm embrace and love you so deserved as a child. You will always be on my mind and I will never stop missing you. In all forms you were my Dad and I am proud to be your daughter. Wherever you are I am here believing in you still. Love , your pineapple princess haha you are still embarrassing me with that nickname
