My Sincere Sympathy to Donna’s Family
It seems like only yesterday I would meet Donna at the Pioneer Apts. when she was supporting her Dad and I would be supporting my sister. We had many good chats! One time when my sister had an emergency she was able and willing to take charge until I could get to her…thank God for Donna that day!!
I will miss her until we meet again!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Donna. I enjoyed my many conversations with her in passing while walking my dog Charlie and the odd backyard visit with her. I will miss my sweet cousin of mine with the great sense of humor, witty nature, wonderful listener (and talker).
When I was about 16, Donna asked me to stay with her for the summer and to babysit Robert, who is just as witty. I really enjoyed my time with them. I loved to listen to Donna talk and to hear her stories. To me, Donna was always a role model. She was compassionate, genuine and kind hearted.
As the years went on we would spend hours on the phone or we would visit with our mothers at their residences. Donna has been there for me and I will always be grateful for our friendship.

Passed away peacefully at her home on June 9th, 2021 at the age of 69 years.
Beloved mother of Robert (the late Michell) and the late Krista. Cherished grandmother of Meagan & Rachel. Loving daughter of Dale & the late Hazel Cross. Dear sister of Sandy (John) Blake, Jerry Cross & Terry (Heather) Cross.
A Memorial Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Sunday June 13th, from 2 – 4 pm. In keeping with COVID-19 regulations attendance will be limited. Those wishing to attend must RSVP for a timeslot by calling the funeral home (905) 623-5668 between the hours of 9 am – 4 pm.
