Rosemary was the definition of a super mom, she was always on the go, always willing to help. If you needed something, she wouldn’t hesitate, she’d happily welcome you in if you needed a place to stay. She always always would remember your name, and remember your significant moments, even if you only met her a handful of times. I’m thankful I got the chance to get to know her as much as I did.

Dear Jamie and Family,
Please accept our deepest condolences and prayers on the passing of Rosemary. She was a very caring, selfless, loving person and gifted educator. I will always remember how she welcomed and assisted me as a new teacher at St. Theresa C.S. I had the privilege and honour to be her teaching partner for so many years at St. Theresa. Such wonderful memories of preparing the students for First Reconciliation and Communion, overnight excursions to insect/frost bitten Camp Kandalore and, of course, “liquid lunches” at Koo Koo Bananas every Friday in June! We will miss her infectious smile, bubbly personality and most of all her kindness. Thinking of all of you during this most difficult time. Rest In Peace, Rosemary. You have made Heaven even more perfect!
Love, John and Lina Corsetti

Our deepest condolences to the Dufresne and Forbes families. We have known Rosemary since she was Ralph’s student at St. Theresa. Ralph also taught with Rosemary at St. Theresa. Rosemary was a dedicated teacher who made learning fun, inspired her students to do their best and encouraged students to be discerning citizens and care-takers of one another. Rosemary was always smiling, positive, and kind, caring for family, friends, students and colleagues. She was strong, steadfast and dedicated to her family. You have so much to be proud of and many loving memories to keep Rosemary’s love for you alive in your hearts and to ease the pain you are feeling now during this most difficult time. She is at peace now, with our Lord and Saviour and reunited with those who have gone before her. It was truly an honour and privilege to have known Rosemary. She touched everyone in a special way. May she Rest In Peace. Doris and Ralph Pallone

Rosemary was an angel among us, so kind, so caring, so forgiving. It's not surprising that she raised 4 wonderful children, who are all dear to my heart.
She has taught us all what it is to be strong and positive in every aspect of life. She is gone, but will never be forgotten, for she has touched so many lives. I am blessed to have been her friend for 42 years and will miss her and that little girl smile. I am sure we will meet again, see you in Heaven, save me a spot!
My deepest condolences to the Forbes Family.

This women was my teacher in gr.5,7&8 and she was the most compassionate women I knew. She was always there to give me a hug when I needed it and pushed me to do my best. She helped me keep my passion for art (I even still have my yarn dream catcher I made in her grade 5 class) and even after I graduated from elementary I would come back to volunteer and she would always welcome me with a smile and a big hug. She was like a friend to me and I wish I could have seen her before she passed away so we could catch up and I could tell her about my achievements, she always liked hearing about what I was doing and always made me feel loved. You will be greatly missed and I hope you knew how many hearts you touched along your journey in life. Rest in Paradise <3

The joy and love she had for life and others was contagious. When I began teaching, Rosemary was my teaching partner and I could not have asked for a more supportive and collaborative partner than her. Our friendship grew to outside the classroom and I am grateful for the many laughs we shared over the years. I will miss her greatly. Jennifer Harvey

Our deepest condolences to your loving family. I remember when I first met Rosemary. She was picking up Maddie at our house from a birthday party. We chatted (mostly Rosemary) for about an hour and it felt like we had known each other for years. At the café She could strike up a conversation with customers, always leaving the person feeling cared about and important. Her energetic spirit lives on in our memories and her indelible smile and laugh will remain with us always. Thank you Rosemary for sharing your zest for life and for your strength and courage. You truly are an inspiration to all. Marjorie Christian Rachel

We all grew up together, many many cousins are we. From Maria St. to Way Rd. our busy lives were spent in backyards, Hallowe'ens, Christmas', birthday parties, camping, CNE trips.
Haughian family reunion summer picnics and Aunt's hosting wedding then baby showers for us all.
During the last 18 years l had the pleasure of hearing my name down the hallway at Rose's school, board conferences, workshops and pubs, embracing a huge hug from Rosemary.
You lit up a room, encouraged so many to live their dream and connected with the truth with integrity and strength.
We will see your spirit in the roar of the waves, a flicker in the campfires and the height and restored Lighthouse at Presquile pp.
ln wonder and in awe, we will remember you.
Cuz, Nancy

Words from Mum and a picture she made me promise I’d share
“I’ve been blessed to have such a remarkable family- from parents to sisters and brothers who were also friends, to my incredible kids.
“What feels like the end is often the beginning”. I am there in the essence of everything you do, through whispers of the wind, kisses of soft spring rain, warmth of that lazy summer sun, and tickley flakes of a first soft flurry, ... the little things, the little traditions, like birthday pancakes, popcorn and cranberries, painted eggs, the loud talk, tears, laughter.
The tale of your life is written second by second, as shifting as a pencil to an eraser.
One life touches another and that life touches the next. It is a ripple effect...send out your ripples...
All of you be the essence of a person that others will never forget for all one’s generous, radiant, magnificence. I live through you all, humbled to have you all as family and friends I have loved and I hope you felt it, feel it, ... now and forever.”
-Quotes I love-
"If you dwell on all the bad things in life you'll miss out on the good things"
"Gods greatest gift...love of family" so glad I've had that!
“You have to be a little insane to be sane...some of us more so than others.”
-Madeleine

Rosemary was my teacher way back in grade 4. This photo was taken at my grade 8 graduation in 2014. She was always the sweetest and most caring woman and felt like family to me, I am now about to be 21 and have recently graduated from college in photography. I will always be so grateful to have had Rosemary as a mentor and amazing role model for my whole childhood and early adulthood. My love and prayers go out to her and her whole family.
